High Star Ranch offers over 1,100 acres of year-round recreation with direct access to the Uinta National Forest. High Star Ranch amenities expand across the seasons. There are over 30 miles of trails for mountain biking, hiking and equestrian use, over 16 miles dedicated exclusively to mountain biking. There is a new community pool and clubhouse that is equipped with tennis, bocce ball and pickleball courts in addition to outdoor concerts on the great lawn, your summer will be covered. In the winter you can enjoy snowshoeing, fat-tire biking, cross country skiing and even sledding on the mountainside. Rhodes Valley Outfitters offers trophy hunting & fishing and equestrian activities, while The DeJoria Center and State Road Tavern & Restaurant offer fine food and spectacular entertainment.

Equestrian Trails
The High Star Ranch property has miles of horseback riding trails for all skill levels allowing you to enjoy the great outdoors of Kamas Valley. Hit up the on site Rhodes Valley Outfitters for private group tours, horse rentals, and more.

Our custom-configurable event space manages groups from 10 to 2,000, and with one of the best concert venues anywhere in Utah, we bring performances to life in a whole new way thanks to state-of-the-art lighting and sound technology.

State Road Tavern & Restaurant
Located inside the DeJoria Center in Kamas, UT, our scenic location at the base of the Uinta foothills offers some of the best views in Utah.
In addition to great food and friendly service, our modern setting on the 1,100-acre High Star Ranch provides a dining environment that’s equal parts secluded and sophisticated. And with craft cocktails, over 20 beers, and a custom-built smoker cooking country-inspired cuisine to perfection, State Road Tavern & Restaurant has something for everyone.
Let our chef tantalize your taste buds with our signature State Road Burger or crisp salads while the kids gobble grilled cheese sandwiches or chicken fingers. Our delicious food is the ideal complement to a perfect day.
Country Store & Cafe
The Country Store is located across the Great Lawn on the west end of the property. The 1,050-sq. ft. cottage retreat boasts rustic charm with a fire pit, and serves breakfast and lunch and offers additional sundries for purchase.
