The Ranch is located in Kamas City, Utah on State Road 32, just 1.25 miles north of downtown Kamas at the junction with Highway 248 and only 15 minutes from Park City and the ski areas.

1,166 acres, Over 70% is set aside as conservation and agricultural easement. 

Lots range from .25 acres to 3 acres.

Currently, all homes are sold, but lots are available in the Spring Hill Estates and we are taking reservations for the Ranch Center Single Family homes and Townhomes.

High Star will be a community of over 300 homes, town homes, and cabins.

Master association homeowner dues are $252 per month.

Yes. All homeowners will be given access to the Owners Portal that contains all property data available for download.

Nightly rentals are permitted in the Village Neighborhoods. The Thorn Creek neighborhood does not allow rentals. Nightly rental homes will require the use of a property manager. High Star Ranch does not act as the property manager for your rental.
